AL Jeter has withstood the challenging process of launching a business that helps solve a social community need. Mr. Jeter is a retired Barber of 23 yrs, while giving more than 10,000 hours and upwards of $250k worth of personal care scholarship services to HS seniors and to the most impoverished students/families/homeless in his hometown of Winston-Salem, NC.
